360 Feedback
Problem: IT Department quickly became highly visible because of its growing importance but also for its tremendous lack of leadership and communication. Neustadt Consulting was brought in with a team of coaches to create a program that began with 360 feedback, went on through goal setting, development planning, succession planning and leadership development.
Solution: We worked with very intelligent, technical, culturally diverse managers and group heads one-to-one to get them performing at a much higher level in communicating with their clients. Using conceptual models, training and coaching we helped them to better understand their clients' needs, give usable feedback to their teams, establish and manage clear deliverables and timeframes. Giving and getting usuable feedback transcended the cultural bariers and created a common paradigm for peak performance.
